The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist us. We also loved the rooftop area, it was a great spot to relax in the evening. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being near the coast, restaurants, supermarkets, and a gas station. It made it easy for us to explore the area and find everything we needed.
One major downside was the noise level in the rooms. We could hear the cars, motorcycles, and other noises from the street, which made it difficult to sleep.

We had quite comfortable stay for holidays!!
Location was marvellous and incredible, we were very close to Nea Chora Beach. The host was always available. Nothing too much trouble, didn't want to leave, you're dope:)))

The Historical Museum of Chania is sooo close, only 800 meters away. And the free public parking is conveniently located nearby, so I didn't have to spend hours searching for a spot.
Oh, and let's not forget the lovely view of the petrol station from my balcony. How charming!

Thank you for wonderful stay for holidays and not far from the tourist area with restaurants start, the city beach, and the main old harbour. The apartment is great and absolutely perfect, in nearby dining spots.

I had wonderful stay for holidays!
I could use central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines, free Wi-Fi. Having kitchen was fabulous. The staff were exceptional, I really enjoyed them all.

The location was great, just a short walk from the city center and close to supermarkets and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I also liked that they offered excursions at competitive prices, making it convenient for guests.
I had a few negative experiences during my stay. the water pipes from the air conditioners were connected to a mop and bucket on the balcony, causing it to always be wet and unpleasant.

The staff provided a seamless check-in experience and offered helpful assistance with car rental and luggage storage. the studio had great amenities such as air conditioning, a toaster, and dishes. the rooftop balcony provided an amazing view. the bed was very comfortable and the TV was satisfactory. the fridge kept everything cool and there was always cold water available. the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. the hosts were friendly and communication was smooth. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the old town. our stay at Apartments Chania was pleasant and comfortable.
Felt right at home, the staff was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

Great location, close to the beach and city center. Amazing view from the balcony. Kind and helpful hosts. Clean and convenient room with all necessary amenities. Good value for money. Central location near shops and old port. Arranges excursions at competitive prices. Nice roof terrace available.

The studio had a cozy double bed which made me feel right at home. I loved the well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for cooking meals during my stay. The private bathroom with a shower was convenient and clean. The spacious private balcony in most units was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The studio had a toaster and an electric kettle, making breakfast preparation a breeze. The stovetop in the studio allowed me to cook my favorite dishes with ease.
Personally, I found the private bathroom with a bath or shower less appealing.

Modern and well-equipped kitchen: I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen in my studio at Apartments Chania. It had all the necessary appliances, including an oven and fridge, making it easy for me to prepare my meals. It felt like having my own little gourmet restaurant right in the room!

Great Hospitality, Feels Like Home, Highly Recommended
I arrived early, but the staff promptly gave me the keys and made me feel welcome. They even provided discount cards for nearby eateries, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast in bed at a great price. They also helped me with car rental and storage for my luggage on the day of departure.
Although there were some drawbacks, such as noise from the street and the need for better sound isolation, the helpful receptionist was able to accommodate my request to change rooms. The renovated room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean.

We had a wonderful stay in Chania. the apartment was ideally located, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the city center. the view from our balcony was breathtaking, with mountains and the sea in sight. the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. the room was clean and convenient, with a spacious bed, air conditioning, and all the necessary kitchen tools. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary carafe of local alcohol and portion of nuts waiting for us.
It was excellent value for money. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

I stayed at a lovely hotel in Crete for 3 nights. The receptionist was so helpful, even giving me a lift to the bus station. The room was spacious and had great self-service laundry facilities. Having a supermarket nearby and a kitchen in the room made eating in easy. It was also conveniently located, being just 1km from the old town and the local beach.
Would recommend this hotel.
